Autism is a way of experiencing and interacting with the world that reflects a rich diversity in human neurology. It's characterized by differences in social communication, sensory processing, and behaviour, which are all valid variations of human experience.

Our process:

Pre-assessment session: The psychologist will meet with you to discuss the process, gather background information and answer any questions.

Assessment: The psychologist will explore the diagnostic criteria and review information provided through questionnaires and interview.

Report and feedback session: The psychologist will explore the diagnostic criteria and review information provided through questionnaires and interview.

Therapy is available following assessment to help individuals and their families navigate the diagnosis in a way that promotes well-being, self-acceptance, and personal growth.

Fees vary depending on the specific requirements of each individual and a quotation is provided following the pre-assessment session.

Medicare rebates may be available if you are under 25 and referred by a paediatrician or psychiatrist.

You do not require a referral for an autism assessment.
